Flywithdomi – Tandem Paragliding Flights / Passenger Flights
Version: April 2026
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings, vouchers, offers, and services provided by Flywithdomi, a provider of tandem paragliding flights in Zermatt and the surrounding area.
By making a booking via website, email, telephone, WhatsApp, messenger, or verbal agreement, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these GTC.

2. Subject of the Contract
Flywithdomi offers tandem paragliding flights, experience flights, thermal flights, vouchers, and related services.
The transport contract is concluded directly between the operating pilot and the passenger.
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded through:

Online booking

Telephone reservation
-
E-mail / Messenger / WhatsApp
-
Verbal appointment agreement
-
Voucher redemption
Once confirmed by Flywithdomi, the booking becomes binding.
4. Prices / Payment
The prices published on www.flywithdomi.ch at the time of booking apply.
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Accepted payment methods:

Cash payment

TWINT

Bank transfer
Flywithdomi reserves the right to change prices at any time.
5. Vouchers
Gift vouchers are generally valid for 3 years from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers are non-transferable.
Cash payment is excluded.
Refunds are excluded.
Validity must be checked before scheduling an appointment.
In the event of misuse or unconfirmed payment, a voucher may be declared invalid.
6. Pilot / Equipment / Safety
The pilot holds all legally required licenses and authorizations.
All equipment used complies with applicable regulations and is properly maintained.
The pilot is the commander of the tandem paraglider. The pilot’s instructions must be followed at all times.
The pilot carries the required safety equipment, especially a rescue system / emergency parachute.
7. Health / Conditions of Participation
The passenger confirms that there are no health conditions that could impair the safe execution of the flight.
This applies in particular to:

Heart or circulatory problems

Back or joint problems
-
Pregnancy
-
Psychological conditions
-
Acute injuries
-
Severe fear of heights
In case of doubt, Flywithdomi or the pilot must be informed before the flight.
The final decision regarding participation lies with the pilot.
8. Customer Clothing / Equipment
The customer agrees to wear suitable clothing:

Sturdy footwear
-
Weather-appropriate clothing
-
Sunglasses recommended
-
Long trousers recommended
Any additional instructions given by the pilot are binding.
9. Minors
Minors require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If no accompanying adult is present on site, a written declaration of consent may be required.
10. Flight Operation / Weather / Flight Duration
The execution of flights depends on:

Wind
-
Visibility
-
Weather
-
Thermal conditions
-
Snow conditions
-
Lift operations
-
Helicopter operations
-
The pilot’s safety assessment
The decision regarding whether the flight takes place, as well as the launch site, landing site, and flight route, lies exclusively with the pilot.
A flight may be postponed, shortened, modified, or cancelled for safety reasons.
11. Flight Time / Duration
All stated flight durations are approximate values.
The actual duration depends on weather, thermals, wind, and safety considerations.
A minimum flight time cannot be guaranteed.
No entitlement to price reduction or refund exists in the event of a shortened flight.
12. Rebooking / Weather-Related Cancellation
If a flight cannot take place due to weather or safety reasons:

An alternative date will be offered, or
-
The voucher will remain valid, or
-
A refund may be considered if no alternative solution is possible
Decisions regarding weather-related cancellations are made exclusively by Flywithdomi / the pilot.
A customer may not cancel free of charge solely due to subjectively perceived “bad weather” if safe flying conditions exist.
13. Cancellations by Customers
Cancellations must be made in writing (email / WhatsApp / message).
Individual bookings:

Up to 48 hours before the appointment: free rebooking
-
Less than 48 hours: no entitlement to a refund
Groups of 4 persons or more:
-
Cancellation required at least 72 hours before the appointment
No-show / Delay:
In the event of no-show or significant delay, the entitlement to the service expires.
The full amount remains payable.
14. Liability / Risk
The customer is aware that paragliding involves risks.
Despite the greatest care, injuries may occur, particularly due to:

Hard landings
-
Tripping / aborted take-offs
-
Sudden wind influences
-
Natural hazards
Participation is at the customer’s own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Flywithdomi and the pilot exclude liability for slight negligence.
Where liability is mandatory by law, it is limited to the existing insurance coverage.
In particular, no liability is assumed for:

Weather changes
-
Delays
-
Late return
-
Lost or damaged items
-
Actions of third parties
-
Force majeure
-
Lift failures
-
Governmental restrictions

15. Insurance
The customer is personally responsible for having sufficient:

Accident insurance
-
Health insurance
-
Travel insurance (for tourists)
Any insurance held by the provider is limited exclusively to statutory minimum requirements.
16. Photos / Videos / Media
Photos or videos may be taken during the flight.
Publication on the website or social media will only take place with the customer’s consent.
Consent for future use may be withdrawn at any time.
17. Complaints / Claims
Complaints must be submitted immediately in writing.
Any claims must be submitted in writing no later than 14 days after the flight.
Claims submitted later may be rejected.
18. Data Protection
Personal data will be treated confidentially and used only for booking, flight execution, and communication purposes.

19. Jurisdiction / Applicable Law
Swiss law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is Zermatt / Switzerland.
20. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
21. Acceptance
By booking, payment, or participation, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these GTC.
